General provisions. 78. (1) (suppl. - SG. 53 2010) Lawyers are members of the Bar. (1) (Amended - SG. 53 2010) The General Assembly is composed of lawyers and foreign lawyers registered with the Bar Association. (2) The general meetings are regular and extraordinary. Art. 81. (1) The Annual General Meeting of the College shall meet annually on the last weekend of January. (2) The General Assembly shall be convened by the Bar Council by notice published mp3skull in the "Official Gazette", which was named the agenda, time and place of the meeting. Notice shall be published at least one month before the meeting. (1) The Extraordinary General Meeting shall be convened by decision of the Bar Council, the Control Board or at the written request of one third of the members of the college. Each member of the Bar Association has the right to examine the draft and the reasons for them, decisions and minutes of the general meeting. Art. 85. (1) The General Assembly may be appealed by anyone who is entitled to vote, the Supreme Bar Council within mp3skull 14 days. (2) A complaint under par. 1 can join any lawyer - member of the same college, and maintain it, including if the claimant withdraws it. (3) Pending the ruling on appeal, the Supreme Bar Council may suspend the execution of the decision of the general meeting.
